Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Because our products are uniqely custom-made with intention, please note the differing delivery timelines based below on what you have purchased.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for custom printing and assembly.
  • Domestic Delivery (Australia): FREE Standard Shipping (5-10 business days from dispatch )
  • International Delivery: $30.00 Flat Rate Shipping (10-25 business days from dispatch depending on destination country and customs processing times).
    • Available destinations: USA, Canada, Asia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands.

2. Footwear and Shoes

  • Production time: Please allow 5-7 business days for custom printing and assembly
  • Domestic Delivery (Australia): FREE Standard shipping (10-17 business days total estimated doorstep delivery).
  • International Delivery: $30.00 Flat Rate Shipping (15-25 business days total doorstep delivery depending on destination country and customs).
    • Available destinations: USA, Canada, Asia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your tracking.
