Order Production Times (Handling Time)

Because our products are uniquely custom-made with intention under our official registered brand, Mystic Crystal Revelations®, each item requires a dedicated crafting period before it is handed over to our shipping carriers

  • Backpacks, Bags & Apparel:  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for custom printing and assembly.
  • Footwear and Shoes: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for custom printing and assembly.

NB: Please note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Production times do not run on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times (Transit Time)

Once your order has been crafted, and securely packed, it is dispatched via our standing tracking couriers. The shipping times below reflect the physical transit duration after leaving our facility:

1. Domestic Delivery (Within Australia)

  • Cost: FREE Standard Shipping on all items.
  • Backpacks & Apparel Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days from dispatch.
  • Footwear & Shoes Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days from dispatch.

2. International Delivery (Outside Australia)

  • Cost: $30.00 Flat Rate Shipping.
  • Backpacks & Apparel Transit Time: 10 to 20 business days from dispatch.
  • Footwear & Shoes Transit Time: 10 to 20 business days from dispatch.
  • Available International Destinations: USA, Canada, Asia, New Zealand, & Pacific Islands.

Customs, Import Duties & Tracking

  • Duties and Taxes: May be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email and text containing your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's doorstep journey.
